Highlights of this year’s conference include:

  • Dedicated Exhibit Hall time on August 14th.

  • 20 total hours of CLEET credit, with 2 hours of mental health.

The hotel will hold a $50 a night incidental that will be released at check out if no damages are done to the hotel room.

Registration Fees:

  • Full Registration: $235/member or $335/non-members, which includes a t-shirt, an exhibit hall ticket, meal vouchers (for lunches at the food court), a banquet ticket and hot breakfast at the Prayer Service if you register by July 15th. If you register after that date, no shirt will be included.

  • Daily Registration: $65, which includes access to the training sessions and lunch. The Thursday ticket also includes access to the exhibit hall. The Friday ticket includes a ticket to the Prayer Service. (Please note, only attendees registered for the entire conference will be eligible to win prizes.)

  • Firearms Qualifications: $25/member or $50/non-members, which will be held Thursday Morning at Shawnee Police Department’s Range.

  • Additional Banquet Tickets: $60

  • Additional Prayer Breakfast Tickets: $35

  • Additional T-shirt: $15

  • Fundraiser Tickets: $5 for 1 ticket, $20 for 6 tickets. Can be purchased on-site as well. This year the firearm is a SAR9 9mm Pistol that is engraved with the OSPOA logo.

Registration closes July 29th. Cancellations made prior to July 29th will receive a full refund. After July 29th, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to July 29th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
