VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

As a vendor you will receive the following benefits:

  • An exhibit booth including one six-foot table with Wi-Fi access (electricity not included)

  • Company included in conference materials

  • Meal Voucher for one (1) representative on the dedicated Exhibit Hall day, August 14th

  • Name tag with company name for all attending representatives

  • One copy of attendee list

  • Listing on vendor check-sheet given to all attendees to promote booth traffic

BOOTH OPTIONS

  • Standard Booth with a 6’ table and two chairs for $750

  • Auto Booth with space for a vehicle and a table with two chairs for $1,000

  • Access to electric for $100

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Make an impact with your investment! With a sponsorship, you will receive maximum recognition during the conference to all OSPOA Attendees.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

  • All-Day Beverage Sponsor ($1,500/day, 4 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the day of service.

  • Lunch Sponsor ($2,000/day, 3 available) includes recognition throughout the day and a sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.

  • Banquet Sponsor ($5,000, 2 available) includes recognition at the Banquet including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.

  • Bag Sponsor (1 available) includes the opportunity to provide a bag with your company’s name and logo to each attendee. Your company would need to ship the bags to OSPOA by July 29th.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Vendor set up will begin at 1:00 p.m. on August 13th and attendees will have a dedicated exhibit hall time block during the afternoon on August 14th until 5:00 p.m. After that dedicated time, exhibitors must break down and remove their items from the space. If you want to stay for the Awards Banquet that evening, you must purchase a banquet ticket for $60/each.

Registration closes July 29th. Cancellations made prior to July 29th will receive a full refund. After July 29th, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to July 29th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
